whose gifts give voice to the top industry's bands and singers.
Saturday Night Fish Fry (coming late summer 2010): Named for
the jam sessions famous in the New Orleans music scene, this one

Gospel Brunch (alternate Sundays):
Deep Dish (alternate Sunday Evenings): PLR's most popular show.
Featured Segments
Stories From the Road: A life on the road has its moments. And then
some. This segment features musicians revealing amusing, often
hilarious anecdotes from their experiences on tour.
Lighter Shade of Blues® (with apologies to Procol Harum):
Born out of the worst chapter of American history, the blues gave
birth to some of the most enduring and influential American musical
art forms: Gospel, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Country and Rock and Roll.
The lyrics in many Blues tunes dealt with personal woes: infidelity,
lost love, cruelty by police officers and white people. However, as
the art form evolved over decades, many songwriters used the Blues
form to express positive sentiments. PLR contributor Paul Molloy
showcases those artists whose music is painted with a lighter shade
of Blues.
